This beautiful little boy was so perfect.

If I wasnt already clucky before I went to this session, I certainly was when I left.

At 16 days, he was older than most babies I photograph, but he was so peaceful and sleepy.

He grunted each time I reposed him, but with a few gently pats on his bottom, he was back fast asleep.

And big sister Addison, was so gorgeous, I just had to take some photos of her.

I absolutly LOVE these ones, how gorgeous they all are?!!!

I may just have to come and steal her from time to time for photos, she is so so gorgeous!!

Breast cancer changed my life, when my mum was diagnosed with it, when I was 3, she was only 35.

Organisations like the Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia work so hard to help women and their families who are affected by breast cancer.

They hold many charity events throughout the year for people to come together and support the association. It has been my pleasure to be able to help out, and donate a session to the various wonderful events that they hold. One of the wonderful people who won one of the sessions I donated was this gorgeous family. The gorgeous little girl in these pictures is friends with Byron, and her Mum had commented to her Mum at the long table lunch that the breast cancer foundation held, that she was friends with me, and her Mum ever so lovely bid on this auction!

Lost me?!  lol!  It was so lovely to photograph you all!

She was wanting to get some special photos of her youngest little girl for her first birthday, which is such a lovely idea, the perfect age for photos!

We also tried for a ‘cake smash’, but Amelie was not much into the cake at all!! Just delicatly removing all the smarties around it!

We had lots of fun though, and got some beautiful images with the help of big sister Kaiya who we also managed to get some beautiful pictures of.

I hope you love them Jenae and I look forward to doing family ones soon!

I know Ive spoken of this before, but there is something so magic about a couple eagerly awaiting their first baby.

Its an innocence, a new-ness, not knowing what to expect, and anxiously willing time to pass quickly, so they can meet there new baby.

Its beautiful to watch, and I must admit, each time I get a small ‘pang’ and remember back to that time for myself, to just before we welcomed our first born into our lives.

What a journey, an amazing  journey it is.

This beautiful couple are awaiting their first baby, to be born any day now!

Such a beautiful couple, and so willing to trek through the bush to find the perfect spot! I get so lucky with my clients!!!  

It was such a pleasure to meet you Amie and Anthony, I cant wait to hear your exciting news, and meet your little one in the coming weeks!

Those nerves were all for nothing though,  I had one of the nicest and easiest photography sessions ever!

The children were wonderful, and so natural in front of the camera!

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing one of the most loving and beautiful families I have met.

It was a special event, extra special I think; Mum & Dads 55th wedding anniversary.

Under the tree,  they all gathered, Mum & Dad, their 10 children, their partners, there 30 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

How beautiful it was to see such a large and lovely family all come together from all over the world.

And almost all of their grandchildren!

He is such a blessing to this family, and is so loved.

Ive known Gemma for many years, she has been my fabulous hairdresser for the last decade, so It was such a pleasure to be able to capture these early days of her families newest arrival.

Gemma, he is so beautiful, and you look so blissfully happy.  Im so happy he is here, and he fits in so perfectly to your family.

Daddy plays the drums, so before the shoot I said to Gem, we’d try our luck at getting Max on the drums. He was totally at peace lying on them!

He was perfect, and so so beautiful!

Wont be long now I promise Gem! I bet you have been stalking the computer all weekend!

Searching for the images I love from the session, that are ‘perfect’. Today, after Id finished editing this session, and the CD was on its way to Mum & Dad, I came across this image.

I hadn’t even given it a second glance upon editing, as it was a ‘set up’ shot. Mum and Dad were trying there best to soothe the babies so that I could get ‘the shot’. The resulting shot is beautiful, but this ‘set up’ shot is so much more.

Mum & Dads tender hands soothing their beautiful new babies. This is without a doubt my favorite from their session now.

A good reminder for myself, to not overlook the ‘imperfect’.

A spunky little boy, who was so keen on keeping an eye on everything that was going on around him, and a sleepy little girl who was happily fast asleep for most of her session.

Mum & Dad decided to have baby #4, and they were blessed with #5 as well at the same time.

They are gorgeous, and as if I wasnt already clucky enough, I really could have taken them home with me!

They gave me a combined time of about 10 minutes where both of them slept peacefully together, but in that time we managed to get some beautiful images of them together while they are both still so new.
