There is something so magical about it, a vulnerability, unaware of how much their lives are about to change – for the better of course:)

I met Heather and Anthony on a beautiful spring afternoon, and had a wonderful time photographing Heathers beautiful belly.

I cant wait to meet your new addition in the coming weeks:)

Amber you truly glowed in these last few weeks of pregnancy, I have absolutely no doubt you will be an incredible Mama, and I look forward to sharing many more times together soon while our little ones play.

We met while pregnant with our first sons, and now 4 years later we carry our daughters together.

She is the most beautiful person, thoughtful, generous and so kind, and I feel very fortunate to have her friendship in my life.

I wanted something extra special for this beautiful little miracle that has been growing in her belly, I cant wait to meet her Megan, and to be a part of her life.

We walked often, and talked about all things baby, and life and she shared my love of scrapbooking (Lisa is still wonderful at this, I have dropped off the planet!!).

We both had our first child, me a boy, her a girl, and then we moved house. Lisa and I still keep in contact regularly, and as she awaits the arrival of her second child, a boy, I was honoured to capture these last few weeks before they become a family of 4 (or five if you include Memphis their highly active lab!)

These were taken at the beautiful Raeburn Orchards where we had our stunning Blue Lily photos taken at. The blossoms have all fallen now awaiting fruit, and I cant wait to go back next year for some Autumn photos again!!

Lisa you are absolutely radiant in these last few weeks of pregnancy!!

Lisa and Chris, I cant wait to hear news of your new beautiful baby boy, and capture him in all his newness.  

We met just over two years ago, in our local park both pregnant and due within weeks from each other. Weve formed such a beautiful friendship, and spend many afternoons in the park chatting while our children play.

Fredie is such a calming influence, and has a serene and peaceful prescense that is always lovely to be around.

She will be welcoming a new little boy in the coming weeks, and we cant wait to meet him and have a new little one join us.

I know Ive spoken of this before, but there is something so magic about a couple eagerly awaiting their first baby.

Its an innocence, a new-ness, not knowing what to expect, and anxiously willing time to pass quickly, so they can meet there new baby.

Its beautiful to watch, and I must admit, each time I get a small ‘pang’ and remember back to that time for myself, to just before we welcomed our first born into our lives.

What a journey, an amazing  journey it is.

Such a beautiful couple, and so willing to trek through the bush to find the perfect spot! I get so lucky with my clients!!!

They wanted to include their current ‘baby’ in their session so we headed to my favorite beach which has some gorgeous over grown  areas close by. Luckily we got some gorgeous pictures with their pooch right at the beginning , because not long into our session she disappeared off and rolled in some not so delightful substance, and that was the end of her part in the session!! 

Amy & Cameron, it was lovely meeting you again, and I cannot wait to photograph your precious new arrival. Im still thinking pink:)!

Legs crossed Amy until after the wedding!!! (Cameron is best man in our good friend’s wedding 5 days before Amy is due!!)

The moment I caught a glimpse of this gorgeous mama in the carpark at the beginning of our session, I just knew this was going to be delightful.

And it was!!!

From the gorgoeus location, to the stunning light that arrived just in time for our shoot, (I’d ummed and ahhed all day about whether to reschedule) to Gina’s incredibly comfortable, open personality that made her willing to try everything I suggested!

Gina, you look amazing, seriously 37 weeks??? You put me to shame!!! Mabey I should be doing some of your classes!!

 I can’t wait to meet your new addition in the comming weeks. No doubt you will make us all jealous as you will be wearing your pre baby jeans home from the hospital!!

Thankyou for going with all my ideas, Im sure you will agree it was so worth it when you see the photos.
