Hello and welcome!
Thankyou for stopping by. I'm Alinta, a natural light photographer based in Perth, Western Australia. I am a mother to two energetic boys and I love to capture the everyday, the little moments and the really special ones; from the miracle of a pregnant belly, to those first few irreplacable days of a newborn baby, when they still have their soft baby fuzz on their arms. A couple in love who would like to remember back to the 'honeymoon' moments; to their magical big day filled with so much love and joy.
I am available to come to your house for a comfortable, relaxed session, or at a location of choice; I have many lovely ones I can suggest.
I would love to be able to capture your everyday real moments so that you can treasure them always.
This beautiful woman, is my close neighbourhood friend.
We met just over two years ago, in our local park both pregnant and due within weeks from each other. Weve formed such a beautiful friendship, and spend many afternoons in the park chatting while our children play.
Fredie is such a calming influence, and has a serene and peaceful prescense that is always lovely to be around.
She will be welcoming a new little boy in the coming weeks, and we cant wait to meet him and have a new little one join us.
August 30, 2010 - 2:24 AMInga - Hey ladies, fantastic picies and a wonderful model. I really like the pictures down at the beach. Good luck Frettchen - I'm looking forward to see "him" out of his box ...

To be a star,
you must shine your own light,
follow your own path,
and don’t worry about the darkness,
for that is when the stars shine brightest.
With time flying by so quickly, and September fast aproaching, I suddenly realised my ‘baby’ is turning two.
It makes me nervous to think how quickly these days with young children are flying past, I feel like it was not long ago that I was eagerly awaiting his birth.
In those early days with a newborn baby, you feel like it will never end. Sleepless nights, unsettled baby and lots of crying, the constant thoughts of ‘am I doing the right thing’. ‘Why isnt he sleeping’, ‘what it I did this differently’.
And then one day, you suddenly really take a look, and you realise that your baby is no longer, and they are really growing up. I look forward to the endless possibilities that lay before my children as the years go on, but as draining as it is some days, Im not quite sure I want these moments when they really need me to pass.
I love though, that I have so many photos to always look back on of these early days, I wonder what Byron and Mason will think of all these photos once they are older?!
September 2, 2010 - 5:21 PMdani - ohhhhh gorgeous Alinta. Your boys are TOO cute!

I dont know many people who haven’t in some way been affected by breast cancer. National statistics now state that one in eleven women are diagnosed with breast cancer, a staggering amount.
Breast cancer changed my life, when my mum was diagnosed with it, when I was 3, she was only 35.
They hold many charity events throughout the year for people to come together and support the association. It has been my pleasure to be able to help out, and donate a session to the various wonderful events that they hold. If you are able to donate your time or make a donation, please contact them via here.
One of the wonderful people who won one of the sessions I donated was this gorgeous family. The gorgeous little girl in these pictures is friends with Byron, and her Mum had commented to her Mum at the long table lunch that the breast cancer foundation held, that she was friends with me, and her Mum ever so lovely bid on this auction!
Lost me?! lol! It was so lovely to photograph you all!

She was wanting to get some special photos of her youngest little girl for her first birthday, which is such a lovely idea, the perfect age for photos!
We also tried for a ‘cake smash’, but Amelie was not much into the cake at all!! Just delicatly removing all the smarties around it!
We had lots of fun though, and got some beautiful images with the help of big sister Kaiya who we also managed to get some beautiful pictures of.

A new baby is like the beginning of all things-wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities. Eda J. Le Shan
I know Ive spoken of this before, but there is something so magic about a couple eagerly awaiting their first baby.
Its an innocence, a new-ness, not knowing what to expect, and anxiously willing time to pass quickly, so they can meet there new baby.
Its beautiful to watch, and I must admit, each time I get a small ‘pang’ and remember back to that time for myself, to just before we welcomed our first born into our lives.
What a journey, an amazing journey it is.
This beautiful couple are awaiting their first baby, to be born any day now!
Such a beautiful couple, and so willing to trek through the bush to find the perfect spot! I get so lucky with my clients!!!
It was such a pleasure to meet you Amie and Anthony, I cant wait to hear your exciting news, and meet your little one in the coming weeks!
